I enjoyed my stay overall, but there were a few drawbacks. The location was perfect for exploring Ho Chi Minh City and the staff was friendly, though room noise and comfort left much to be desired. I appreciated the cleanliness and the breakfast options, but a more varied menu would have been better.

Rooms
6.0
The room I had was small and a bit cramped, which was fine for a short stay. However, the bed was hard and not particularly comfortable. Soundproofing was terrible; I could hear every conversation in the hallway.
Service
7.0
The staff were always friendly and attentive, which made my stay more enjoyable. Having a 24-hour front desk was a plus, as I felt secure coming in at late hours.
Location
7.0
Being located near the bustling Bui Vien street was a double-edged sword. While it was convenient to access tourist attractions and restaurants, the traffic noise was relentless and made crossing the street a bit of an adventure.
Dining
6.0
I found the breakfast to be decent but limited in variety. A few more international options would have enhanced the dining experience. However, the dining area was clean and inviting.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were basic yet functional. Although my air conditioning worked well, I felt there were improvements needed in cleanliness in certain areas, like the floors.

7.4/10

My stay at Bliss Boutique Saigon was a mixed experience. While the location was central and great for exploring attractions, the room left much to be desired. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, making sleep difficult. The staff were friendly and eager to assist, which definitely added a positive touch.

Rooms
6.0
The room was quite small and the mattress was in desperate need of replacement. I struggled to find comfort during my two nights. Additionally, the soundproofing was almost non-existent; I could hear everything happening in the corridor and adjacent rooms.
Service
7.0
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, assisting me with local advice and transportation. They always had smiles on their faces even when requests were made.
Location
8.0
This hotel is ideally located right in the heart of District 1, making it easy to walk to attractions like the War Remnants Museum and Reunification Palace. However, the bustling street noise was quite pronounced throughout my stay.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was a bit chaotic at times, although the selection was decent with dishes like soups, congee, and fruit. I felt that communication about breakfast options could have been improved.
Facilities
5.0
While the hotel was clean and offered basic amenities, I found it lacking in more luxurious touches. It felt more like a transit hotel rather than a boutique experience.

6.6/10

My stay at Bliss Boutique Saigon was a mixed experience. While the central location was fantastic and the staff were friendly, I found the room small and the amenities lacking. Overall, it served its purpose for a short stay, but I would seek better options for a longer visit.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was quite small, and I experienced some maintenance issues such as a dripping ceiling and a door that wouldn’t close properly. The cleanliness was okay, but there were some noticeable stains on the walls. The bed was comfortable enough for my stay, but I could see room for improvement.
Service
8.0
I was impressed with the staff; they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They assisted me with directions and booking a taxi, making my experience smoother. Their approach certainly added a personal touch to my time there.
Location
9.0
The location of the hotel was ideal, right on a busy street and just a short walk from major attractions like Ben Thanh Market and the backpacker area. I appreciated being able to explore easily without needing transportation.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was average at best; there were flies around the bread, and the food was often cold. However, I found some items enjoyable, like the boiled eggs and toast. Overall, I expected better dining options for the price.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had basic facilities but lacked attention to detail in maintenance. The WiFi was inconsistent, and the soundproofing in the rooms left much to be desired. I noticed that I could hear conversations in the corridor quite clearly.

6.6/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Bliss Boutique Saigon. On the upside, the location was really convenient for exploring the city, especially being within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. Unfortunately, the noise from the busy street and thin walls made it hard to get good rest. The staff was friendly, but there were definitely some service hiccups that affected my stay.

Rooms
6.0
I found my room to be small but adequate, though the mattress was really uncomfortable and it needed replacing. The room was maintained daily, which I appreciated.
Service
6.0
While some staff members were friendly and helpful, I did encounter moments where the service felt cold, especially when I called for toilet paper and it took a while for someone to respond.
Location
8.0
The location is very good, as it’s close to shops and lots of eateries. It was easy to explore the main tourist spots in District 1.
Dining
8.0
Although I didn't eat at the hotel, I noticed that the breakfast spread looked impressive with a variety of options like spring rolls and congee.
Facilities
5.0
The building has a bit of wear showing, but it had the basic amenities I needed. However, I did notice some issues with cleanliness that could be improved.

My stay at Bliss Boutique Saigon was quite mixed. The location was fantastic, really close to the bustling backpacker area and major attractions like the Ben Thanh Market. However, the room I had was small and poorly soundproofed, making it tough to sleep. While the staff were friendly, one receptionist's attitude left much to be desired, impacting my overall experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room was quite small and not well soundproofed. I could hear conversations in the hallway and noise from adjoining rooms. My mattress definitely needed replacement.
Service
5.0
Most of the staff were sweet and accommodating. They helped me with local info and transportation, which was really appreciated. Unfortunately, one receptionist was rude during check-out.
Location
8.0
The location was unbeatable. It was easy to walk to major sites like the War Remnants Museum and the Reunification Palace, plus I loved being near the lively backpacker atmosphere.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was average at best, with little variety. There were flies around the bread, and the juice didn’t seem fresh. I suggest looking for better dining options elsewhere.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel itself had basic facilities. The WiFi was patchy, causing many to gather in the lobby to connect. Also, there was no iron available in the room.
